Our meals are freshly made in our kitchen every morning.
Trout is sourced directly from Lourensford Wine Estate and are raised on a healthy diet.
We use only free-range Chicken and eggs and we only use chalmer beef mince in al our dishes. Where possible we use organic produce and cook with kind intent.
In order to cut out waste, we cook to order. Please make sure you have placed your order by 16h00 the day before.
Portions weight between 500g and 600g (we err on 600g :) and come in aluminium containers.
Food will have to be re-heated.
Alternatively you can purchase frozen trout and prepare yourself.
