Sidamo is a region in the southern highlands of Ethiopia. It is a prime coffee growing area and Yiragcheffe is a valley in the Sidamo region. Sidamo coffee is appreciated for it's rounded, balanced cup with moderate acidity and decent body. Our feedback from our Sidamo-loving customers is that it makes an excellent breakfast coffee. Like our other coffees, the Sidamo is grown in natural high-altitude conditions, is handpicked and wet processed. We generally roast our premium grade Sidamo to a city roast (medium roast).
